On March 7, 2020, the World Health Organization has announced that the number of confirmed coronavirus cases worldwide has surpassed the 100,000 mark. Locally, we saw the number of cases double in less than 24 hours – from 10 verified cases to 24. With these recent developments, the JARC Group and its subsidiary companies would like to advise our business partners that we will be implementing various precautionary measures to our nationwide operations. We hope that these protocols would ensure not only the safety of both our businesses’ employees, but also the continuity of our processes.

Anticipate delays in production. Increase in inventory is highly advisable.
We have been alerted by our partner manufacturers that their continuity of production is not guaranteed. For various affected countries such as South Korea and China, a single COVID-19 incident could effectively shut their manufacturing operations down. Complications and lockdowns in shipments have also started occurring due to the outbreak. We urge all of our business partners to anticipate our manufacturers’ current limited capacities and increase their inventories for the coming months.
No contact policy. Remote management of orders and service.
With a highly contagious virus already spreading across the country, The JARC Group of Companies has decided to minimize person-to-person contact between our sales and service personnel and our distributors and clients. Field work has effectively been cancelled for all sales and service employees by our top management. Please expect all transaction to be done primarily through phone calls, emails, and video conferences until further notice. For the meantime, our clients can place their product orders by sending your accomplished PO forms via email.
